At Quercus we have great respect for the oak forests that provide our wood. We know that to produce oak and barrels of the highest quality, we need to take the utmost care of the continued health and sustainable future of these forests. Our knowledge of the oak forests we source from allows us to trace every product back to its origin, sometimes even to the very tree. It is only by understanding the origins of our products that we can maintain the quality, consistency and reliability of every product in the Quercus range.
